Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited behavior when using PhotoIns, including our website, APIs, and AI image tools.
It applies to all users, whether free or paid, and is part of our Terms of Service.
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, and payment risk controls where legally permitted.
1. Content safety baseline
You must use PhotoIns in compliance with applicable law and respect the rights, safety, and dignity of others.
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and any downstream use of those outputs.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful instructions.
- Do not generate or distribute content that violates laws or contracts.
- Do not use outputs for harassment, intimidation, or exploitation.
2. Sexual content prohibition
PhotoIns strictly prohibits NSFW and sexually explicit content generation.
This restriction applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, edited outputs, and any derivative workflow.
- No nude or semi-nude sexualized content.
- No pornographic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
- No sexual content involving minors, including fictional or stylized depictions.
- No attempts to sexualize real persons without consent.
3. Other prohibited content and conduct
The following uses are also prohibited to protect users, infrastructure, and third parties.
We may update this list as legal requirements and provider obligations evolve.
- No violent extremism, terrorism, or graphic cruelty content.
- No hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or targeted harassment.
- No impersonation, fraud, phishing, or deceptive identity misuse.
- No copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights infringement.
4. Platform abuse and safety bypass
You may not bypass moderation, security controls, or usage limits.
Automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, and infrastructure attacks are prohibited.
- No prompt obfuscation intended to evade safety filters.
- No use of bots/scripts to overload queues or evade limits.
- No unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability exploitation.
- No resale of service access without explicit written approval.
5. Enforcement and account actions
PhotoIns may apply automated and manual review to detect violations and protect the service.
Depending on severity and repetition, actions may include warning, blocking content, temporary restrictions, permanent suspension, order cancellation, or legal escalation.
- High-risk content may be blocked before generation completes.
- Repeated violations may result in immediate account suspension.
- Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Abusive or fraudulent payment behavior may trigger refund restrictions.
6. Appeals and reporting
If you believe enforcement was applied in error, you may request review by contacting support.
